Work in c# as my day job and small-time rail enthusiast. Been following anonymously the rail data scene for a few years. Tried and failed getting access to the live departure board API and was glad when I found out about the open data releases.
Using the data to learn new technologies and programming techniques and hopefully make something useful (at least for me anyway!).
My latest project was borne out of frustration of LM trains leaving Five Ways station early.
