I'm the author of ASP.NET Core 1.0 High Performance, a book about creating fast, scalable, and high performance web applications with C# and ASP.NET Core 1.0 (the new open source and cross-platform framework from Microsoft): https://unop.uk/book


I'm a developer, engineer, hacker and entrepreneur. I also help organise Cleanweb London events (http://www.cleanweb.org.uk) where we host talks on technology and sustainability. We have a free jobs site too (https://cleanwebjobs.com).

One of my environmental side projects is shutdown scanner which helps monitor how many computers have been left on at night or over the weekend (https://shutdownscanner.com).
