-NOTE::  Under this scheme, the Shenfield IECC (Liverpool Street IECC “C”) will be re-platformed to a scalable IECC located at Romford ROC. There are no material changes to stepping data behaviours. The new system at Romford will be identified in SMART and downstream information systems as “Q2” and the existing Shenfield IECC (SMART identity “[[SE]]”) will be abolished.
