Providing help with decoding open data signalling messages.
I've been a low key supporter of the open data movement since its inception and would like to help further the subject by decoding S-class messages for the wiki.
Many sites currently concentrate solely on TD messages and I believe the feeds could be made significantly more useful with open access routing data, i.e. proving an intended platform occupation before a berth step message is sent by relying on the route set.
