Request account

You will need an account for the Open Rail Data Wiki to edit pages or see the list of changes.

Accounts are free, but we ask that you first read the Terms of Service before requesting an account.

We need your email address (which will be kept confidential), and your real name (which will be shown on your edits). Using your real name keeps contributions to the wiki feeling authentic for everyone.

Please note - there is currently an issue where the Real Name field appears optional. Unless you supply this, your account will not be approved.

Once you have submitted your request, the system administrators will receive a message and act accordingly. You will then receive an acceptance or rejection message and, if the account is approved, you will be able to login.

User account

A confirmation message will be sent to your email address once you submit this request. The address will not be published. Please respond by clicking on the confirmation link provided by the email. Finally, your password will be emailed to you when your account is created.

Personal information

Real name is optional. If you choose to provide it, this will be used for giving you attribution for your work.
