View source for NCI signon

NCI signons are used on the rail mainframe to log in.

Each signon starts with a # (hash) character, followed by the [[TOC_Codes|business code]] and five other letters or numbers of local significance.

All signons with a business code starting with 'Q' are Network Rail.
