* The TIPLOC 'CAMBNTH' has been present in the CORPUS and CIF feeds at least since mid-2016. Trains have even been scheduled to call there, presumably as part of the building works.

* Passenger schedules started to appear in the CIF feed over the 2016/2017 holiday period.

* The TIPLOC was observed in the Darwin reference data on 23/1/2017, though without a human-friendly name. It's not clear how long it's been present for, and it doesn't appear anywhere in the timetable.
Since the PIF data is updated only twice a year I'd expect Cambridge North to appear in the next update. I expect it'll appear in NaPTAN and SMART at some point too.
* Records for this station appeared in the Train Planning Data (PIF file) released on 27th January 2017. This data includes a location record (with friendly name), three platform records, network links and timings.
* The station appeared in NaPTAN sometime between 8/3/2017 and 23/3/2017.
* It appeared in SMART sometime between 16/8/2017 and 14/9/2017.
