My name is SIZHE XI, I come from China, but I am also a enrolled first year PHD student and researcher from liverpool university in the electrical engineering & electronic. My research area includes wireless sensor network, big data and so on.

My project is a joint and funded program from Liverpool university and a startup company - connected liverpool, which is about redesigning the city street parking using wireless sensor network. But as well, with more real time data, the smart app could help people to rethink the ways of living and working. For that purpose, we 'd like to incorporate many relevant transport data such as railway data, ferry data into the consideration.
